CLAIMS
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please do not send it back yet.
When submitting your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item
Every claim is reviewed manually. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault or our mistake, we’ll make it right.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or general use is not considered a valid claim.
Please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Claims can take 14–20 business days to be reviewed and processed.
