What is counterfeit and why is it wrong
OnePiece Jump In AS is a Norwegian based company selling its product internationally through the web-site www.onepiece.com (and other TLD), concept stores and authorized retailers.
OnePiece Jump In AS invented the original jumpsuit in 2009 and has since spent huge amounts of time and effort developing the unique design and characteristics of this product; building up the trademark OnePiece and developing the OnePiece concept.
Any copying, reproduction or distribution not in accordance with a special written license agreement, is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
Since OnePiece invented and introduced the first jumpsuit to the market there has been many illegal imitators intentionally trying to deceive you into buying ONEPIECE counterfeit products. A counterfeit product is a fake or imitation made with the goal of tricking you into believing it is genuine – meaning anything that can be mistaken for the original OnePiece jumpsuit is an illegal counterfeit and in breach of our intellectual property.
We produce our products without compromise, using only the highest quality cotton and methods in order to make you satisfied and ensure you come back to us for the quality. We want to continue expanding the OnePiece concept and the retail revolution we have started, and we are sorry to see so many imitators compromising of quality in order to offer a cheaper product. These imitators are misusing our intellectual property in order to mislead you and sell inferior products with short-term intentions rather than satisfying the customer. We strongly advise consumers to stay away from non-original products offered outside our web site and our authorized retailers.
To make sure you get hold of the original OnePiece onesie and to guarantee the quality of your purchase, purchase only from www.onepiece.com, our concept stores or our authorized retailers you can find under the menu stores in our website.
How can you help
We can’t stop counterfeiting by ourselves. We would therefore greatly appreciate your help in fighting the counterfeiting battle. If you think you've encountered a counterfeit website or retailer or you have been duped into purchasing a counterfeit ONEPIECE product, please tell us about it by sending an email to us at ip@onepiece.com. By locating counterfeiters and taking legal action against them, we are all doing our part to eliminate future incidents of counterfeiting from occurring.
Please note: We are working with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal to disable credit accounts of counterfeit websites in order to prevent fraudulent sales. While we would like to help victims of counterfeiting, we cannot reimburse money used to purchase counterfeit products or to assist with the resolution of disputes, including assistance with PayPal refunds. If you purchased items from a counterfeit website (and this has been verified by doing a search using our look-up tool in the box to your right), your bank may accept a print-out of the search result as proof of fraud.
