Terms of service

Last updated: June 22, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products through onepiece.com. Please read them carefully — you will be asked to agree to them before placing an order. They apply together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Who you are buying from

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Onepiece, and "you" means the customer placing an order. The Onepiece entity responsible for your order and for processing your personal data depends on where your order is delivered:

  • UK & Australia: Onepiece Jump In Limited
  • United States & Canada: Onepiece America LLC
  • All other countries: Onepiece Jump In AS

Our full company details are in the "About us" section below.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • The information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.
  • You are resident in the country you select for delivery and are able to accept delivery there.

3. How an order is made

The display of products on our website is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy, and a binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example, if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud — we will let you know by email and will not charge you, or will refund you.

To place an order you will:

  • Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Choose your delivery option and payment method.
  • Review your order summary, where you can correct any errors before confirming.
  • Confirm your order and accept these terms.

These terms are provided in English.. We may update them from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it. We recommend you save or print a copy for your records.

4. Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are shown on our website in your local currency, based on the country you select. While we take care to price accurately, errors can occur; if the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before processing your order so you can confirm or cancel.

For most markets — including the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, and Australia — prices include VAT and any applicable duties, with nothing further to pay on delivery. For some international destinations, duties and import taxes are not included and may be charged by the carrier or customs authority on arrival; these are your responsibility. Whether duties are included is always shown at checkout for your selected country, and full details are in our Shipping Policy.

A delivery charge may apply and is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may withhold or cancel your order if payment is not received in full.

Price changes and promotions

We may change prices, add or withdraw products, and start, change, or end promotions, sales, and discount codes at any time without notice. Such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. No price adjustments

We do not offer retroactive price adjustments. If an item you purchased is later reduced in a sale, promotion, or markdown, we are unable to refund the difference or apply a discount code to a past order.

6. Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout for your market.

When you pay with Klarna, your payment details are collected and processed by Klarna under Klarna's own terms and privacy statement, and your agreement for that payment service is with Klarna.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Dispatch and delivery times, carriers, rates, and how your package is delivered are set out in our Shipping Policy. The times shown there are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs clearance or events outside our control.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and country; we cannot change these once an order is placed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full. If a package is not collected from a collection point, or delivery is refused, your order is returned to our warehouse and refunded once processed, with the applicable return shipping fee deducted, as set out in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and registered through our returns portal before being sent back. Return shipping fees, refund timing, faulty-item claims, and our no-exchanges process are all covered in the Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method; payments made with a gift card are refunded as gift-card credit. Original shipping charges, taxes, duties, and import fees are not refunded on a return. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your right to a remedy for faulty goods.

If we have produced custom-made items for your order, these items are not eligible for return.

9. EU & UK right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered in the EU or UK, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. Where an order arrives in several shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us your decision by a clear statement before the period ends. You can use the model withdrawal form on our Right of Withdrawal page, start a return through our returns portal, or contact our customer care team in writing. You must then return the goods, in the condition you received them, without undue delay and within 14 days.

We will refund all payments received from you — excluding any extra cost arising from your choice of a delivery option other than our standard one — within the period required by law and in line with our Return & Refund Policy, using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.

10. Using our website

Our website is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not misuse it, interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or security. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is".

11. Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, product descriptions, images, photography, video, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Onepiece and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use only, and may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written consent. “Onepiece” and the Onepiece logo are registered trademarks of Onepiece Jump In AS and its subsidiaries.

12. Content you submit

If you submit a review, comment, photo, video, or other content to us, or tag us on social media, you grant Onepiece a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content across our marketing and sales channels. You confirm the content is your own, is accurate, does not infringe anyone's rights, and that any person featured in it has agreed to its use. Where content identifies you or another person, we will only use it in marketing with appropriate consent, and you may ask us to stop using it at any time by contacting our customer care team. We may remove any content at our discretion.

13. Marketing

With your consent, we will send you marketing by email and SMS about our products and promotions. You can opt out at any time:

  • Email: use the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.
  • SMS: reply STOP to any marketing text.
  • Or contact our customer care team and ask to be removed.

It may take a few days to update our systems, so you may briefly still receive messages. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages such as order and delivery updates. We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy and do not sell your personal information.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent legislation elsewhere). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including extreme weather, strikes, transport or carrier failures, pandemics, war, or civil unrest), nor for business losses such as lost profits, revenue, or goodwill.

15. General

  • We may update these terms from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The current version, with its "Last updated" date, will always appear on this page. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms; you may not transfer yours without our consent. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
  • These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase, and are governed by the applicable laws of the market in which you purchased. The Onepiece entity responsible for your order has non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

16. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact our customer care team first — most issues are resolved quickly and informally. If you are a consumer in the EU and we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body in your country. Nothing here affects your right to bring a claim before the courts.
