This Cookie Policy explains how Onepiece ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on onepiece.com and our connected stores. Read it together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, local storage, and software development kits, which we refer to together as "cookies" in this policy. Cookies may be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by our partners), and either session (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (kept for a set period).

When you first visit, a consent banner powered by Cookiebot appears. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot work without them. All other cookies (preferences, statistics, and marketing) are set only after you give consent.

4. Categories of cookies we use

Necessary. Required for the site to function: shopping bag, checkout, security, load balancing, and the consent tool itself. No consent needed. Providers include Shopify (our e-commerce platform) and Cookiebot (consent management).

Preferences. Remember choices such as your market, currency, and language so your experience stays consistent.

Statistics. Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Set only with your consent. Providers include Google Analytics 4 and Klar.

Marketing. Used to measure and deliver relevant advertising and to understand campaign performance. Set only with your consent. Providers include Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Klaviyo, alongside the advertising platforms we use from time to time.

The exact, current list of cookies, with provider, purpose, type, and expiry, is shown in the Cookie Declaration in section 7 and updates automatically.

5. Specific third parties

• Cookiebot (Usercentrics) manages your consent choices. Necessary.
• Shopify is our store platform; it sets necessary cookies for cart, checkout, and security, plus first-party analytics. Necessary and Statistics.
• Google Analytics 4 measures site usage. Statistics. It runs with Google Consent Mode, so no analytics or advertising identifiers are set before consent.
• Klar provides measurement and statistical analysis of reach. Statistics, processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can object to Klar specifically at any time. Doing so sets a "do_not_track" cookie on the onepiece.com domain that should not be deleted, otherwise we cannot guarantee you will not be measured. More at getklar.com/data-protection.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is used for advertising measurement and audiences. Marketing.
• Klaviyo powers email and on-site personalisation. Marketing and Functional.
• Advertising platforms we run paid campaigns on (for example Google Ads and other networks) set their cookies and pixels only with your marketing consent.

6. Legal basis

For strictly necessary cookies, our basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website, and where relevant the necessity of providing a service you request.

For all other cookies, our basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), in line with EU ePrivacy rules and national implementations such as the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act and the German TDDDG (formerly TTDSG). You can withdraw consent at any time, with no effect on processing carried out before withdrawal.
